Adwaita” = Non-Duality (meaning “Only One” in Sanskrit). All of us are inter-connected. Our Stories, Our Emotions, Our Experiences & Our Lives! When we help someone else, we actually help our own self .

It is based on ancient Indian philosopher, Adi Shankaracharya’s Adwaita Vedanta Philosophy. The underlying core (soul) of each one of the creation and living beings is same as the creator. So, each one of us is connected to each other. The difference that we see, (in outer layers of body and mind,) is an illusion.

When we expand our minds, grow out of the limited experience of our body & mind (which is incorrectly called as one’s own identity) and include the experiences of others’ as our own, we break the cycles. This has been referred to as becoming free / attainment of wisdom / enlightenment or moksha.
